How We Do It


Lead Management Tool Refinement: We analyze your current ILM software and then implement our proprietary process and reports into your ILM. We can also recommend a good ILM software and assist with its implementation if you are looking to make a change. We are experts in making ILM software's most effective and do find certain ILM software's much more effective than others.

Train: We train your sales staff and managers on sales techniques when communicating and following through on e-commerce leads that empower them and close more sales. We teach them how to follow our process in your ILM and properly categorize each lead as they follow through on them.

Compliance: AIM's staff monitors all communication between your e-commerce sales staff and internet prospect leads by listening to their phone calls and reading their emails tying that to each lead ensuring each lead is properly followed through on, properly categorized and communicated to in an effective way. We immediately report to your management if anyone is out of compliance and/or not being effective so you can stay on top of each of your sales employees before sales are lost.

Reporting: Our custom reports are rolled out in our accountability meetings with your dealership. Our reports expose blind spots, reveal the performance of each employee and show your bottom line profits.
